What if I want to keep using my paper cemetery maps?
We can load your paper map into our system instead of a drone or google map and then use it to assign graves to points on the map. You can also scan and upload your paper maps into our easy to use document management module, allowing you to pop them up on the screen at any time, zoom in and pan around the image, and even link the image to a grave.
Can I start with google maps and have you map later?
Yes we can do this without any issues and transfer over when needed.
What if I don’t have anyone to help enter data?
Some of our customers have previously got in contact with community and scout groups to help with the mapping and data entry alternatively we can carry out this data entry for you at an extra cost.

If our contract comes to an end, will we still be able to access our data?
Your data will always belong to you. As your software provider, we've entered into an agreement with NCC Group, which means that we've placed our source code and associated materials, in one of NCC Group’s secure vaults. We will provide any updates as and when changes are made to our software.
This means that NCC Group will have a current working version of the software at all times. In the unlikely event that we are no longer able to meet the contractual obligations to you, NCC Group will release the code to you under the pre-agreed terms.
