PlotBox Achieve Great Place to Work® Certification™ for Second Year

We are proud to announce that for the second year running, PlotBox has achieved a Great Place to Work^® Certification™.

In April 2021, PlotBox was named as one of the 2021 UK’s Best Workplaces™, and in September ranked in the Top 20 on the Great Place to Work^® 2021 UK’s Best Workplaces™ in Tech list.

Through the Certification process, we captured valuable employee feedback using a research-driven Trust Index^© survey, as well as details about the programmes and practises that make our workplace unique.

An incredible 98% of staff agreed that PlotBox was a great place to work, with the company achieving an impressive overall average score of 95% across all focus areas, including: respect, teamwork, credibility, communication and wellbeing.

As well as these excellent scores, staff comments reflected the care and respect that exists at PlotBox: the family feel, the team spirit, the pride in what we do, the support and encouragement experienced, and the inclusivity and flexibility.
