New Burial Form

At PlotBox, we’re continually adding ideas to our product roadmap with the end goal of improving the overall user experience for our customers. Following lots of planning and development our amazing tech team brings these ideas to life! So what’s new in our upcoming release? We’re excited to announce we’ve given our burial form a makeover, including numerous new features. Let’s take a closer look at the top three:

#1 More Time Saving, Less Time Wasting

We have introduced a view burial screen, allowing users to view information on the burial without having to click into edit the form and access information. The view burial screen contains all information from the burial form as well as enhancements such as a pay now option in the finance tab and the ability to create a memorial from a burial in the memorial tab.

#2 Configuration

Our customers spoke and of course we listened! In response to feedback, the burial form is now configurable, meaning administrators can easily choose which fields they would prefer to hide from the form. As well as this, it is now possible to select which fields are mandatory on the burial booking.

#3 Streamlined Plot Selection

We’ve made the plot selection process more user friendly, by streamlining how this is done. Users can now easily choose whether they’d like to search for an existing deed or alternatively add a new deed. Once they’ve selected their preferred option, they’re redirected to our new deed form and once the deed has been saved, they’ll return to the burial form.

We anticipate that our customers will find the overall process faster, saving them lots of time! We’ll be pushing the release live soon and can’t wait to see our customers using the new burial form on a daily basis.
